Please use this form if you need to pickup players for national tournaments.
If you are on a B or C team you cannot pickup A players. You may pick-up as many as three (3) players. Those are national rules.
On the subsequent page, click on "A New Person" and follow instructions.
The result of the form will be mailed to the admin of this page and they will create the pickup player form for you to bring to nationals. It might be a day or two before you get it, please be patient.
